Christine is an experienced Chief Operating Officer and Certified Public Accountant. She is the Managing Partner of Sabwa and Associates Managing Partner handling financial advisory, Audit, Accounting, Mergers and Acquisition, project management.
As of 9th February 2022, she serves as an independent Non-Executive Director of Absa Bank PLC. By the same token, she sits in several other boards which include; Britam Life Assurance, Kenya Limited Multichoice Group Limited (South Africa), Royal Nairobi Golf Club, Eclof Kenya (microfinance) and Shalom Group of Hospitals.
Christine is a member of various associations and interactions. These are; Membership Association of Women Accountants of Kenya, The Women on Boards Network, Institute of Certified Public Accountants (ICPAK) and Quake Stomarz Football Club from 2015 to 2016.Besides, she has received various recognitions and awards. In 2010, she was nominated Top 40 under 40 Women in Kenya and a member as well as International Who’s Who of Professionals in 2006.
