Carol Kariuki is a Force to reckon as a Businesswoman and Corporate Executive.She is the chief executive officer of Kenya Private Sector Alliance, (KEPSA),  the umbrella body for private sector associations and corporate bodies in all sectors of the economy .

Remarkably, she has sat in various boards. Currently she is a Board Member of: EA Cables (East African Cables PLC), USIU-Africa Trustees (United States International University–Africa), UN Global Compact Network, Council Member of The National Council of Administrative Justice, Kenya as well as a Committee Member in WTO Trade Committee, Geneva.

Ms. Carole Kariuki has feted numerous local, national and international recognitions and awards, among them being: Moran of the Burning Spear (MBS) title  in 2012 by the president of Kenya ;She was the first person to be elected as Senior Fellow at ISOKO, an Indianapolis-based institute  ; She won the “Women Super Achiever Award” awarded by “World Women Leadership Congress and Awards 2017”, based in India ;In 2011 and 2012 she was named among the “Top 40 women in business under 40 years” in two consecutive years, a list compiled by the business daily newspaper.
