Geoffrey Otieno walks with over 20 years of experience in Strategy formulation and Business Transformation under his belt. He is the Managing director of Enreal limited. Previously, He was the Country Director, Sproxil East Africa Limited; Principal Consultant, Director & Customer Team Head, McKinney Rogers; Enterprise Development Manager at Nokia Siemens Networks; Business Development t Manager at Eastman Kodak amongst other roles he has led.
Geoffrey has supported women entrepreneurs for the last 14 years through Coaching and mentoring. He has helped more than 100 women entrepreneurs who have attained national and global recognition especially during COVID 19; During the pandemic, he set up to do strategies for SMEs pro-bono. He commenced with 5 enterprises, 3 which were women-led and now is doing 100 SMEs of which 70 are women-led. As well, he has now set up a team of 9 to form the secretariat, 5 of whom are women.
He is a Business Coach at Stanford University where 30% of those he coaches are women; He believes that “helping women is helping the whole village”.
