This award acknowledges men who have sponsored and motivated women to take up senior roles. Men who have provided support mechanisms for women to take up senior roles in their organization both in the private and public sectors.

This award goes to a male Board Director or Chairperson who truly lives and breathes board
inclusion and diversity. This individual will have gone above and beyond to increase women’s
representation at the Board level. This includes supporting women into board positions as well as challenging and changing how boards perceive as well as encourage the participation of women.
