Farhia is a Lawyer and tax specialist by profession, a lead consultant, mentor and an author having published Your Entrepreneurship Journey and 4 other books. She has now hosted and empowered successfully over 2000 people across Africa.
Farhia is passionate about economic justice for all and advocates for economic empowerment through skills development and monetization of various skills. She advocates for eradication of unemployment and poverty through entrepreneurship & skills training. She is a TEDx Talk speaker and empowers illiterates who haven’t gone back to school by helping them find education. She has helped transition over 30 people who were jobless to start their businesses which became successful.
In her quest to promote gender diversity; she has empowered 300 women to get mentors who can guide them as they join the workforce, trained 12 mosque women who were beggars, to start their businesses as well as at landhies, trained young girls from the slum areas on business sustainability who became tailors, and delivers supplies to leading hospital.
