Josephine has a vast experience in technology and business with an expertise in business strategy and innovation.She is currently pursuing a P.H.D in Entrepreneurship and small business Development in the University of Nairobi.
As the chief manager of Policy and strategy at Konza Technopolis Development Authority, she provided leadership in the development of KOTDA’s strategic plan 2021-2025. Previously, she was the Principal Strategy planning Analyst.
Josephine has feted various recognitions in the course of her work. She was awarded the Diversity and inclusion Business Executive finalist, Zuri awards finalist; Kenya Vodafone Global Women in Red finalist; Top 10 Techwomen Alumni impact award, Top 40 Women Under 40 women by the business daily amongst other awards.
She was the Co-founder, and mentor of Safaricom Women in Technology, an initiative that was aimed to mentor and advance women in technological careers. She impacted over 10,000 women and girls as of Jan 2019 and currently supporting as a mentor. As well ,she was the Co-founder of League of young professional of Kenya – 2019, an initiative to bring together young people to advance their leadership, entrepreneurship, and professional skills .
